Getting the App on Your Phone
Casino Rama Resort has been welcoming guests since July 31, 1996 at 5899 Rama Rd in Rama, Ontario, and the mobile app now works as the digital front door to that on-site experience. It is not a gambling platform in any real-money sense. Think of it more as a planning companion, with social games added on top.
For users in Canada, the app is available on both Android and iOS. The only safe, official way to get it is through the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. Any standalone APK file offered on some other website is not verified, full stop, and it is not our product.
The download and setup flow is simple on both systems, though the taps and buttons look a little different on each.
Android
On Android devices, everything goes through Google Play.

iOS
On iPhone or iPad, the process goes through Apple’s App Store.
- Open the App Store.
- In the search tab, enter “Casino Rama Resort”.
- Before tapping Get, double-check that the developer name lines up with the official resort branding.
- Confirm the download with Face ID, Touch ID or your Apple ID password.
- Let the install complete, then tap to open the app.
- Review push notification prompts and access requests, and allow what you are comfortable with.
- From the home screen inside the app, you can move into the resort information or the social games lobby.
A small but useful tip that applies to this app just like any other: if the download freezes, stops at some percentage, or fails altogether, clearing your store cache and trying once more usually resolves things before you even think about sending an email to support.
What Is Actually Inside the App
Once the app opens, the layout is built around the physical resort visit. There is no deposit cashier, no real-money betting interface, nothing that turns your phone into an online casino. The promotions area largely reflects what is already listed at casinorama.com/promotions/ and casinorama.com/entry/. These offers are designed for in-person visits, so the app works more like a preview space to check what you may qualify for before you arrive. Entry requirements, age limits, ID rules and conduct expectations sit under resort info as well.
It is worth repeating: the app does not sell tickets from inside its own interface. When you tap to purchase, the flow jumps you out to authorized sales partners or the resort box office page. That is by design.
Logging In and Account Access
The login and profile screens connect directly into the membership or loyalty account that already lives on casinorama.com. If you have set up an account on the website, you can bring those same credentials into the mobile app without creating something new.
To sign in, open the app and look for the account or profile icon, usually in the top corner. Tap it, then:
- Enter the email address you registered with.
- Type in your password.
- Press Sign In and wait a moment for sync.
If the password slips your memory, the reset sequence runs through your email inbox, so the process will feel familiar. After you are back in, your promotions, booking records and saved preferences will pull across automatically.
